Our Price Guide
Hiryo Budou-Jyo is only £7.50 per Wednesday session and £5 per Sunday session. There is no contract, so you only pay for the sessions you attend!
Many Martial Arts groups offer a monthly fee, however we find that with this you feel obliged to go and guilty if you miss a session as this leaves you out of pocket.
We at Flying Dragon never want you to feel like you are tied down, so come and go as you please but we hope you would like to stay with us!
We like to be completely open with all of our students, so we don't hide any additional costs. You can see what you will need to pay extra for below with an approximate price guide alongside it:
- Dobok (training uniform) - our students wear white Dobok's for beginner and intermediate levels. We leave the decision of which Dobok to buy to the student, however we recommend >THIS< Dobok as good quality for a low price. Dobok's range at approximately £20.
- Insurance - the safety of our students is a top priority, so for this it is important to get the right insurance. We will guide you on what insurance to get and how to get it. The price for insurance is approximately £17 annually.
- Grading's - There is a charge of £10 for each belt graduation once a test has been passed. This price covers the cost of the student's new belt, certificate and information pack for your next syllabus.
- Sparring Equipment - the purchase of sparring equipment will be required once the student reaches intermediate levels. The total cost of all your safety equipment comes to approximately £65 depending on the gear you choose. Again we will guide you on this.
