Practicing A Divergent Defence System
We have had our logo recreated by a professional illustrator.
The characters on the left are the virtues (or tenets) of Bushido. These are the principles that all martial artists should live by. We teach more about these in class.
On the right the characters are our club name .
Let us know what you think of the new logo!
What Does Hiryu Budou-Jyo mean?
Hiryu Budou-Jyo is a Japanese translation of "flying dragon martial arts club". In Japanese Culture, ascension is often associated with good luck. By having our dragon flying, we are creating good luck for all of our students in their training.
