What Does Hiryu Budou-Jyo mean?Hiryu Budou-Jyo is a Japanese translation of "flying dragon martial arts club". In Japanese Culture, ascension is often associated with good luck. By having our dragon flying, we are creating good luck for all of our students in their training.
Who Are We?Our Head Instructor is Jamie Hubbard; a 4th Dan martial artists with over 30 years experience in various styles of martial arts practice (you can read more about this on our Head instructor page.
Our secondary instructor is Emma Hore; a 2nd Dan martial artist with 9 years experience in the styles that we bring to our club. You can read more about this below. |
Where To Find Us And WhenOur class is currently available every Wednesday 6pm till 6:46pm for kids and 7pm till 8:30pm for adults at Lanjeth and High Street Memorial Hall, PL26 7TL. This is subject to change to better suit the requirements of our students, so please contact us to arrange your free trial session where we can confirm our training times with you.
